I am new to programming and I need some help. I made a simple system to make my character move on the ground by clicking and to take objects by clicking on them but I would like to let the Character move towards the selected Item before taking it. I have no Idea on how to do this and the tutorials i wathed recently did not helped.
I also have a problem with my Character (I know this sounds dumb but as I told, i am a real Noob) When i Click somewhere, the character moves there, but with the center of the sprite. If you need any information about my problem just tell me. I hope someone can help me.

I`m sorry I was really confused by the tutorial Series I got as reply and the secont problem popped up so I thought I could just ask again.
I’m not trying to give you a hard time so no need for an apology at all it’s just that you’ve got the attention of some devs in your original thread so it’s best posted there.
There’s nothing wrong with being new to stuff but you must know that devs cannot debug a basic description without some real information such as which tutorial series, seeing the appropriate scripts etc. You’re just assuming someone would somehow know what you’re talking about is all.
