Okay, so I have always wanted to start making a video game. Yet; this program is a little to hard for me to even start with as a beginner. I would love if someone could just give me a little detail introduction of how I should start.
I have watched every video there is up on here to start; yet I can’t even figure out how to put up a floor. I don’t get the engine system.
I just want to know how to start. To make this easy, how do I start?

These will go over the interface of Unity and what game objects are. Use game objects to create a floor.
Check out my playlist. It doesn’t start in Unity, it starts with designing a character, then modeling and animating it, and then taking it into Unity to walk around a landscape. However it gives a good overview of the whole process and is probably simpler and easier to follow for an absolute beginner than most currently available material. I have been teaching for 25 years (not computer graphics though).

And I seem to have these problems to where I can’t combine the items nor watch the animation fall down. Thats for lesson 1.
Lesson 2, I can’t even get past the beginning which is making a mountain. It won’t let me use my brush, I don’t see thee blue light around it; neither can I even take the brush towards my “Terrain” without it disappearing, so it won’t allow me to edit it.
