Help! render to texture in 3DS max not working

Hi, I’m trying to import this mesh into Unity, The map type seems to be a Multi/Sub-Object it looks like this.

I tried to normally just export the file as a .FBX but it exports it as a grey mesh instead of it being textured, So I googled it and someone said I need to render it to a texture. When I followed the steps, This was my result.

Which doesn’t look right at all… Here are my Render to Texture settings.

I’ve spent about 8 hours now trying to figure this out. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Hmm it should be correct, but I am noticing that you are using 15 submaterials (15 UV sets) while you are using an automatic unwrap to channel 3. Can you move that to channel 16?
