Help required with AR tunneling effect

Hey guys, I’m looking to simulate the effect of a tunnel on a surface. but when moving the camera view you rest of the box isn’t shown but the entry of the tunnel is.

I’ve found the terms, which is ‘masked container’, but I’m not 100% sure how to achieve it in Unity 3.
