I just purchased some new landscape items from the Asset store, Medieval Environment pack to be specific. At first I thought maybe it was because I had loaded some demo items that the ground was pink to keep from stealing anything, but now no matter what I create, or try to do, I cannot paint terrain. I cant get adding a new terrain to appear as the long gray flat piece it normally is, it just appears as pink.I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, and new projects just wont work with anything I do.
Has anyone run into this and found a solution? A screenshot has been attached.
You tend to get pink or magenta showing up when materials lose the links to their textures. Check the materials used by the terrain to see if any are missing or their textures are missing.
