Help to buy Android basic

Hello guys, I’m trying to buy Android basic but the site ask me about the serial.
In the iphone basic there is a “new license” option, but not in android basic.
The support guys dont understand what I’m trying to explain and the sales email give me a feedback after 4 days saying that you can do online and you dont need a serial key…

Somebody having the same problem here?

If you own iOS non pro already, insert that license
If you don’t own any product yet, choose the Unity license checkbox, this will show you what you can buy without Unity Pro, ie android, then check it and proceed

I don’t have any product yet. The process that you describe I did, but unlike iphone basic, there is no “new license” option
If you simulate to buy you will understand what I’m trying to explain…

I see the problem now, its not the first page.

I guess you might have communication problems with the support, so you might forward the following:

The problem with the store at the time is that when the Android (non-pro) license is selected as addon for the free Unity license and I select “Proceed” on the license type selection page and reach the Buy Unity 3 page, then this page exposes the Serial number: Input box, marked as required, which is only meant to show up for Addons that require Unity Pro.
Due to this I can not buy Unity 3 Android (non pro) at the time, as I do not own Unity Pro, I want to buy Android (non pro) as an addon to the free Unity license.

Just strange nobody having the same problem…

I guess you might have failed to explain that they need to go to the second page to see the missbehavior or something, language barriers are often causing such trouble, had them myself and even the above step by step replication might not fully explain it, thats why I pointed this thread out to mods so they might be able to pickup the problem to forward it / resolve it
