Photos at the end.
After taking a ~7 month break from my first time using Unity Hub, I just came back. It updated, and now this happens. I can open everything alright, so I’m guessing it’s mostly a “cosmetic” error, but is there anything I can do so it doesn’t happen anymore? Any suggestions are appreciated!

I’ve raised it with the Hub team, and the advised you to submit a bug using the Bug Reporter within the Hub so they can investigate.
To do so, please go to Account Settings > Troubleshooting > Report a bug
I recommend you to add all those screenshots to the report as well, and any relevant information that might help us understand it better!
After submitting the bug, please share the bug ID with me (through DM or here)
