I just updated Mac OS Snow Leopard to the latest changes (which came out today) and now my browser is crashing becuase of a problem with Unity Web Player. I have uninstalled Unity Web Player and reinstalled and that does not fix the problem. Is anybody else having this problem? If not, any suggestion on what to do?
Thanks!!!
What browser are you using? Firefox? Safari? I haven’t updated yet so I haven’t run into this yet.
I’ve been using Safari v5.0.3 (6533.19.4) lately (in 32-bit mode) because it has been more stable with playing FusionFall with the Unity Web Browser. That is the one that is crashing. I just tried using Firefox and was able to get in finally. I would really like to using Safari, though.
I’m using a MacBook Pro i7 4GB RAM with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 512 MB video card.
I’m communicating with Unity Technologies on this. It appears to be specific to a custom Unity Web Player build and FusionFall.
This is not good. First of all, Cartoon Network has virtually no tech support for their games, specifically Fusion Fall. So, it is virtually impossible to work through issues with them. I hate it when things don’t work and you can’t get anybody to fix them.
