I run game on android device and get pretty low fps (below 25) even nothing much in the scene just a few objects. I’m pretty new to profiler but as far as I have looked it seems fine ? and when I run game on editor it only has 400 fps which is pretty low which compare to another project can run up to more than 1000 fps.

It will be the resolution you run the game at. Most games really don’t run at native res. If there is still a problem after this, then you can ask for help in shaders. But the biggest effect in mobile game on framerate is to reduce the resolution slightly.
AAA games all do, so why don’t you? Mobile is no different.

Higher fps than 60 is not too much valid
You must complete your scene and then speak about below 30fps on your device and below 60fps on desktop
Below 30fps on a complete scene is a problem
