Help with a camera and a display displaying the camera

So basicly I want to create a 3D scene were I have a camera and a TV / Display of some sort, on the Display I want it to show a live version of what the camera can see, like a livestreaming tv camera. I have no idea how to go forward with this so I’m asking for advice, whats the best way to do this?

Render Texture is what you are looking for. Pro only.

There may be free alternatives but I don’t know of them.
