Help with a if command

Hey

I have a question about a if command.

My hero on the game scene starts already running before i click play in the menu scene.

Now i want try to make a if command on the hero Script, if i click play just then the game will start and he running.

Can someone help me how i make that with a button? Like how to make a if command to a button?
