Help with a .unity package

Sorry if i post this in the wrong forum.

I am following a video tutorial on how to use Unity. the problem I am running into is that the person showing how to use Unity says to select only the Standard Assets.unity package. When I go to open a new project I do not find the Standard Assets.unity package, the only that comes close to that is Standard Assets(mobile).unity package.

Will it be ok to use the Standard Assets(mobile).unity package? If not where can I find the Standard Assets.unity package and download it?

There is no Standard Assets package anymore; that’s from Unity 2. Instead there are a number of specialized standard assets packages.
