Help with fixing of mesh deformation...

Hallo, im really piced off.
I have this problem for feew months and I still cant fix it.
So When I export perfect mesh to any extraction like .obj .3ds and like that I get this:

And this is the orginal mesh opened in Blender:

I try to clear scale , remove Doubles, Recalculate, Flip Direction…

Can anyone help me please!
I’m correctly making android game and I have no time for those problems…

Try exporting it as an FBX file.I have 3DS MAX, send me the 3D model and I willsee what I can to.

Are there any others pp with can know what happend?
