Help With Unity Ads Invoice Format

I’ve been scouring Google search trying to find the correct invoice format to send to Unity Ads, but I can’t seem to find any. Do any of you know the format? If so, can you show me an example?

Yes. I found the template under the tab “INVOICING” on Unity Ads dashboard. Also, there were more documentation on the invoicing stuff. It’s not all that cut and clear for people who have never filled out an invoice.
