Help with Unity Remote for Android (wired)

Hi there, Im trying to get Unity Remote working on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini) but I cant get it to work.
I’ve installed the Unity Remote app on the phone and enabled USB Debugging on it, I plugged the phone to the PC and then with Unity running on my PC I launched the app, yet all I see is the message that says “Connect this device with USB cable to your computer and play the game in editor”, nothing happens when I play in editor.

Any ideas? Is there anything else I need to install?
