I am having massive issues with a package I have purchased from the assets store. I have the following error message

Failed to import package with error: Couldn’t decompress package
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:,ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr, Boolean&)"

I have been googling and reading up, at there is a possibility the file needs unzipping. However I cannot find the file on my hardrive.

I am presuming a problem with the download however I cannot even figure out how to re download it.

There shouldn’t be the need to manually do anything - it should download within the editor and just work.

We’d suggest deleting the folder from your Assets folder and reopen the editor so you can redownload the asset.
