Here is the worst support on the entire internet, nothing has happened for a simple refund for 3 WEEKs except that a ticket has been opened.

There’s an auto-refund system in place. If you haven’t downloaded the asset yet, refunds should be quick. Except for bundles. Those are manually afaik.
