ive build a 3d world for a collage project. and i got stuck on few things. i cant export my work to android. and i cant make it vr. please help i m noob on it so please dont let me write some scrips loll

Why can’t you export it to Android? Do you have Android Studio or Android SDK installed? Is ADB working (through command line)?
About VR, I have no experience.
