Hi I putted to game object together but now arrow appeared

Hi I made a prefab with to game object together but no arrow apeared, when I drag it out to the Hierarchy

Here it is:
both game objects appear.

Try do it with a box, get that working. Then try doing it with your arrow. You can select any GameObject in the hierarchy, then press F with your mouse cursor OVER the scene window to find it.
