what is the best language to start with in unity 3d javascript or c sharp
because i don’t know nothing about unity 3d …and i think it 's better if i learn the programming first then the unity 3d

To start, probably JavaScript - it’s less verbose and has more basic tutorials available. In the end you’ll probably learn both languages anyway. Learn the editor and language both together.
I advice to start with Scripting-superbasics, then go on with the long list of tutorials and/or the list of frequently asked beginners questions
