Hindi characters not showing up in windows phone 8.1

Hello. How to show hindi characters on a windows phone 8.1 (Universal App)?

In Uniti Editor on Windows 10 plaform (unity version 5.3.3p2) Windows Store universal 8.1 project type hindi characters are not showing too.
