Hello, today I faced that error. Before I was doing export without any problem. I have certificate in Unity. Expiration date is 2018.

It doesn’t look like the error has to do with your certificate. I think it is referring to your file type association list which is currently empty. Under your Publish Settings > File Type Associations, you have the name set to “New” but no file types defined below. I believe you either need to define a non-zero number of files to associate your app with or remove that “New” text from the name so it closes that section down.
