Second the cloth tutorial suggestion. Cloth has been updated since U5 has released, but not a lot of information on the improvements beyond the docs.
And please do a character with cloth interaction. Draping a table cloth over a ball, blowing curtains, waving a flag are all simple exercises that can be accomplished with little effort.
