How and where can I get latest 3.x version?

Please correct me if I’m wrong, because I believe my iOS+Android basic licenses will not work on Unity 4.x, if that’s the case, please guide me on where I can download the latest 3.x update of Unity as I can’t purchase license upgrades as of now.

And if not, let me know if I can use my licenses on 4.x.

I have the install files for both Windows and MacOSX somewhere. Let me know if you need them, and I’ll see if I can find a place for uploading them.
