How big for iphone?

I have a camera placed above a plane, this may be a stupid question but how big should the plane be? I want the plane to fill the iphones screen exactly and there is no camera movements in the game?

That depends on how far the plane is from the camera, as well as the camera’s field of view. The iphone screen resolution is 480x320 if that helps.

Okay but how do I measure the levels size in Unity, all measurements appear to be in units?

there is no limit on that end.

but you must use occlusion culling and additional stuff to ensure that only as few as possible is rendered, as your polygon budget is very restricted.
