How can I achieve good lighting?

How will I be able to achieve this sort of lighting? Among Us - Map "The Skeld" - Download Free 3D model by Pablopcb [59a9388] - Sketchfab

Post-processing (more specifically ACES tone mapping, bloom, and other color adjustments that you kinda have to tinker around with), baked lighting (with light probes for objects not set to static), and reflective materials (with reflection probes for objects not set to static).

I would recommend using the universal render pipeline.
