How can I contact official Unity Support?

Hi,

I cannot find any way to contact official Unity Support. I have some problems that might be a bug and cannot find a way around. Do they even have support at all? Do you need Unity Pro account for that (I have Unity Plus).

If you do it from within Unity and with a repro project they are pretty fast on replying
