How can I create the new texture metallicOcculusionSmothness?

The new High-Definition Render-Pipelane comes with a new mask call metallicOcculusionSmothness.
Anyone know how I can create this?

Just merge the textures according the channel coding using photoshop l

or use the substance painter exporter to create them.
