How can i create this Plastic/Bouncy material?

I’m working on a small project and wanted to replicate fall guys’ style a bit. So I was wondering how they managed to make their objects look like this, especially the edges (here are a few examples)

Do they model in these details or use textures ( if yes wich ones and how). Or how can i re create this stuff. Im working with the Universal render pipeline.

They seem to be using normal maps, you can generate them using Photoshop or modeling the object with all the details you need then bake that into a normal map, there are many tutorials on both methods
