How can I delay play mode environment continuously?

I know it is strange.
But can we do something like, delay the play mode environment by some time delay.(say 500msec)

For example after clicking play icon–> if something is happening in the #scene, it will shown in video after 500msec.
For this, there will be a save of video for 500msec continuously in buffer (I guess).
