im tryng to make abuttons but becous i need the text to look good and i use rtl language i need to use text mash pro. can i desplay it over ui element?

Since you are using the Canvas system, you should be using the Canvas specific TMP component which is of type . This component is located in the “Create - UI - Text - TextMeshPro”.
In version 1.4.0 of TMP for Unity 2018.3, there is also a TMP button as well as seen below.
The component (being designed for the Canvas) will sort just like any other UI components and also work with the Layout system.
