hello, our work network is on an offline system. I’m trying to download a few plugins i.e. SteamVR Plugin. I need to download it somehow then put it in my offline machine.

Download them from the asset store on an online machine and then copythe packages from the C:\Users\accountName\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store directory
