How can I find the root folder for my Unity project?

So I am having trouble with GitHub and want to save my project to a USB stick. There is no option to do save as… so how can I find the root folder so I can copy and paste it into my USB stick?

I use 'Save Scene as...' Project folder's up a couple levels.

why no "save as" folder

The root folder is the one that contains the Assets folder.
