How can I get global version of unity hub instead of chinese version?

I updated Unity Hub to 2.3.0 a few days ago, then I found that 2019.3.4 disappeared in the install.
Today I found that the unity hub is chinese version, but I always use global version in past versions.
So that I tried to uninstall 2.3.0 and reinstall 2.2.0 but it still chinese version.
I open my vpn to tried to download global one, and also ask my foreign friend to download for me, but it still the same.

I wonder that :

  1. Why chinese developers need to face the different than deverloper in other countries? I feel like we are not human as the foreign developers? or other kind of human?
  2. How can I get global one back. I tried vpn, forigen friend helping, change region of my PC, even I cut off the network. But none of those works.
  3. I am so disappoint that unity did this. I even can not get 2019.3.4, so the country wherer developer comes from determines the version? I do not think it is a cool move.

I hope anyone can provide me a solution to get global version back.

I dont want be seperated from world even in game development world.

I have the same issue. It is not fair. Now I can’t even login with google. If I create an unity id then that means all of my assets are lost and I can’t gain it back.
