How can I get value from another script in another gameobject?

Hi everybody,
I got two scripts in two different objects, in the first one, there’s the variable that I want to get(acceleration = 10) attached in the game object named Player. how can I get acceleration value in another script(Stamina)?
Here’s my code in the script STAMINA

public GameObject player;
public float acc;

private void Start()
    player = GameObject.Find("Player");
    acc = GetComponent<RowingMovePlayer>().acceleration;

acc = player.GetComponent().acceleration;
