how can i give painting and drwaing effects in unity?

Hello Guys,
I want to do experiment something like Nail Art game.Basically i need to draw nail polish effects.Please guide me how can i do that?Is there any additional library i can use or unity has default library included.what is the best way to do Please help?

There is no built-in painting functionality in Unity. You can download a script like Unity Paint and adapt it to your needs.

Sir,i just want to make a game like draw line with finger drag on screen or Nail Art to polish the nails with nail polish.For example drag the nail polish bursh on nail and then start coloring the nail.
Please tell me how can i do that?
