How can I increase device limitation for Ad-Hoc Distribution?

Hello , everyone

I’m planing to distribute my game to testers (over 100 devices).
I need some help for Ad-Hoc Distribution.

  1. If I use iOS Developer Program, How can I increase device limitation for Ad-Hoc Distribution? (Default is 100 devices)
  2. I found some information about iOS Developer Enterprise Program which gives me unlimit distribution. But I’m not sure this feature can cover to Ad-Hoc distribution or not?
  3. If I use In-House distribution (iOS Developer Enterprise Program) . Is it legal (terms and use)?

PS. sorry for my bad english.

you cant rise the 100 device limit, and to get into a developer enterprise program its very difficult as you must provide information of your corporation legal documentation, and must be reviewed and scrutinised for approval. not an easy step, it may take months to even get a proper response

why would you need more than 100 devices anyway? i would say a device of each generation would be enough, for example for ios 7(which is 77% of the idevices by the way) you need only 9 devices , 11 if you count the new ipads… even for ios 6 are less than 20

and with ios 5 and below having a less than 4% of usage theres no point anymore to target those older ios versions

For soft launch.

I thought the limit was raised to 200 a few months ago?

@hermesdavidms thank you for your advice.

Apple provides the distribution service – The App Store. It is highly available and well understood by users.
The App Store promotes your company on a highly visible marketplace.

Through iOS Developer Enterprise Program

You don’t want to do a soft launch using adhoc. If you want to do a soft launch, just make the game unavailable on the appstore, and use the redeem codes - these will still work, then just update the app and repeat. You get 50 at a time as far as I know. This would be your best bet to send to multiple reviewers (assuming this is your plan).
