How can I install Shader Graph 7.3.1 or higher

In this video it’s showing how to make effects with Shader Graph 7.3.1.
I have Unity 2023.2.4f1 installed. However, the Package Manager lets me install Universal RP 16.0.4 and Shader Graph 16.0.4 which this version seems like it doesn’t have “Sprite Lit Master” box in it’s editor:

Then either look for up to date guides, or check the documentation.
I dont recommend using 2018 tools in unity 2023

It’s just an UI update in 2020.2. (check this blog post)
