Hi every body, i’am new in unity. And i’m make animation for my character. And let it run smoothest, there is a long list of fingers, arms, and hands to do animation. What a job not fun!!! Any idea for me to make animation easier?? Thanks for help.
Look into animation retargeting using the humanoid rig setup in mecanim.

The best option is to rig the character with bones and a animation controller in a 3D package, and then import the animations into Unity.
But you asked for a built in solution.
Do you which best software for making model and from that import to unity?
I use 3D Max exclusively.
A lot of 3D artists in this forum use blender. I don’t think it is the best software to use, but it has improved massively over the years, is a good quality package, imports into Unity, and there is a good community here that can assist if you run into problems. Oh yeah - and it is free!
Another option is MayaLT - sold on steam and directly from Autodesk. It costs I think $30/month and is a lite version of Maya explicitly for 3D game art creation.
