not Key, the Asset File.

It’s in the Create Asset menu under Localization.
Assets > Create > Localization > Google Sheets Service

Thank God Mr.Karl! I found it has change the position Bottom.
Before >Localization section was in the top near Assembly, now is near Cinemachine.
