How can i merge 2 objects in blender or unity?

i have 2 object. i cut head of the model and i want to add einstein head, but models are animated before. when the animation works, head and body is separate.[74023-a111dsız.png|74023]

In object mode, select all objects you want to merge and press crtl+j.
