How can I put a new script on the main camera?

I know this sound dumb but I can only put a script already created on my main camera (When you click on Add Component, Script) So i can’t get a new script for my main camera. Why? and What do I do?

You should be able to click the Add Component button and scroll down t o the bottom where it says New Script like the image below.
