How can I set SpriteAtlas Texture as readable.

I want to blend atlas texture and mask texture made by atlas texture.

I could create mask texture on Unity4.6.2p2.

But Unity4.6.3p1 sets SpriteAtlas Texture as Non-readable.

How can I set SpriteAtlas Texture as readable.

I know that I cannot edit SpriteAtlas of SpritePacker in inspector.
