how can I set terrain seethrough??

in first my terrain can seethrough I don't know what 's my friend make my project can see terrain seethrough

ok your problem is that the camera is in the hill there so select the camera in the hierarchy and move it till it does not look like its inside the terrain.

If what you mean is "Add transparency" to your terrain as in an Alpha mask or layer, perhaps using one of these shaders will help.
