How can I view my recent bug report

I have submitted a bug with Unity Bug Reporter, and I did not get any URL to fogbugz system.

As I understand it, for people without login credentials to the fogbugs system, we must have a URL with the case number and some hash at the end of the URL.

Something like: https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/default.asp?523472_33ksju2ert0h3hfc

Is there a way for me to create a fogbugz account? Or any other way to get to my bug report page, to add comments and watch its progress?

You use the link in the automated email that’s sent when you report a bug. If you didn’t get one, check your spam folder, or wait a while since occasionally they’re delayed.
