I used to download modules so speedy from you guys – then a cap of 0.4mb was added

There’s no cap. Tried just now:

Strange, I was steadily capped at 400kb (exactly) – I ran it again to get the screenshot, then suddenly it’s downloading so fast that I almost couldn’t cancel it LOL –
I wonder what caused the cap the first time?
To follow up about download caps – @Eric5h5 , what is the cap for download speeds for downloading a cloud project? It’s the same deal with this:
I used to download an 11gb project in about 10-15 minutes, but now it’s been 30 minutes to download 20% (2.5 hours total, at this rate).
I thought about cancelling and trying again (since that’s what broke the cap with the download asst., for whatever reason), but I’m too far to back off now. However, I’m still curious about caps. Is this capped? Or is pure coincidence that both were capped (it’s bizarre that the download asst. sped up 100x after a 2nd try)?
