How Create mesh at runtime based on Vector3 Points?


Recently I have been working on a geology based educational game, I wanted to use the geodata for mapping countries outlines and I succeeded in doing that but the problem is that now I want the make the globe interactable with a mouse click, the player should be able to select each country by tapping on it.
I couldn’t figure out how to make the globe interactable. I thought maybe I can generate a mesh out of border points of each country please help me to move forward in the right direction.

For mesh creation, there are examples in Unity - Scripting API: Mesh.

You can also check youtube channels like code monkey. IIRC he has a good video on mesh creation.
