How do I achieve this effect for mobile?

I am creating a 3d mobile game. I want to achieve this effect, How do I get this to work? I am new to unity so kindly help me alot. Please.

You would make your camera render only color, set it to black, and make sure your textures are only pure black and pure white.

It is an unlit textured road with a stripe texture on it. And that’s pretty much it.
