I’d recommend modeling it in a 3d package. Try Blender3D, Maya, or 3DS Max.

If you can’t do that, you could try programming the cylinder yourself. You can create a new mesh procedurally using the Mesh class. Mesh.vertices is a Vector3 array which holds all the vertices of your mesh. If these concepts are foreign to you, this method probably isn’t for you. If they aren’t foreign to you, then you can probably figure it out from there.
