you sure have found it by now (i see your picture :wink: , but to set the profile picture ( if LOGED IN ) one have to click on the Avatar icon at the top-right corner of this page, then go to the “Edit account”, then under the Avatar click on “upload picture”

you can change your pfp in this website but not in unity id (sry bad english
